Covid Safety Plan

When scheduling, patients will be asked if there have been any recent or current symptoms of illness such as a cough or fever.
Patients will be asked to arrive with a mask.
Staff to wear masks at all times.
Patient temperature will be taken upon arrival.
Patients to be escorted to a treatment room upon arrival so as to limit front desk and waiting area to one patient each at a time.
Patients only will be allowed in the office. No additional visitors or children.
One time use drape sheets will be used on all on treatment chairs and tables.
Frequent wipe downs of counter tops and other points of contact will be maintained.
Hand sanitizer will be present at the front desk and treatment rooms.
Pens will be sanitized between use.
Payment processing pad will be sanitized between use.
